Underlying principle of Electrostatic Oil Purification

The Electrostatic Oil Filter operates on Electrostatic Principle when the oil Flow’s in the electric field generated over the electrode’s made of stainless steel. These electrodes are wrapped with Di-Electric medial (collectors). The EEOP’s unique design permits it to take advantage of the natural change that each contaminant contains. Contaminants having positive charge are drawn towards negative plates; while those with an inherent negative charge towards positive plate. The neutral contaminants are drawn and desposited by gradient force to the edge of the collectors where the intensity of the deform electric field is the strongest. These sub Micronics contaminated removed by Electrostatic Oil Filtrations which can be metallic , non-metallic, organic or inorganic in nature.
